This is the amount of disk space you have for webpages, scripts, and other files. A typical 10 page website with graphics and scripting takes up around 5-10 megabytes. Any script with a database will grow in size over time, but usually never to exceed 50 megabytes. The majority of your webspace will be taken up by videos, audio files, and downloads, if you choose to distribute these kinds of files. Keep this in mind when choosing your hosting plan.

There are no overage fees at PremierHost if you exceed the disk space allowance of your hosting plan. In the event this occurs, you are upgraded to the next plan that we offer FREE OF CHARGE. Then, the following month, if you still exceed the quota for your old account, you will be charged according to your new hosting plan. The difference in cost is typically $1-$2 when this occurs.

Data Transfer

Data Transfer refers to the amount of bandwidth used by your site every month. For example, if you have a 1mb webpage, and 1000 people view that webpage a month, your bandwidth would be 1000mb. This is a typical amount of transfer alloted by most hosts.

At PremierHost, we don't set limits such as these on your service. That means your website will always be online. With other hosts, if your website is very busy and exceeds it's monthly transfer quota, your customers will get an error message and your site will be offline for the rest of that month. Even worse, some hosts charge costly overage charges when your website exceeds this quota. With PremierHost, you avoid both.

Free Domain name included with every new account

Currently everyone who signs up for hosting services will recieve a credit for the registration of 1 free domain name through PremierHost.info. Currently this only applies to standard .com, .net, .org, and .info domains. Customers who transfer an existing domain can use this credit to extend the registration of their domain name for 1 full year.

If for any reason you decide to cancel your hosting service, the domain stays in your name, not ours. And if you've held an account for 3 months, the domain is free.

International Domain Names

Our full featured email accounts can be setup on any domain name registered with your website, and they can be accessed over the internet or through POP3 software like Outlook. Included scripting allows for multiple autoresponders and email forwarding, And they are completely secured by spam filtering and virus protection as well.
